Yesterday was Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Bryce Canyon looks like this everywhere you go.
Alex took a shot of me …
And we saw prarie dogs.
In Bryce, you’re mostly at the top of the canyon, looking down. In Zion, you’re mostly in the canyons, looking up.
And we saw our first cacti of our Western trip.
Today, Vermillion Cliffs and the Mesa Verde cliff dwellings. Gotta hit the road, it’s going to be a long day!
P.S. The car overheated in Zion, but I had water in the car and we got some more from a ranger lady. We’ll have to keep an eye on it today, but I think our adventures at 8,000 ft. above sea level are over.
